Stress Assessment
Stress, Burnout & Resilience
These assessments explore how stress affects you, how depleted or burned out you may feel, and how resilient or psychologically well you currently are. Some measures focus on exhaustion and strain. Others assess well-being, positive emotion, and life satisfaction.
Stress is not inherently harmful. However, chronic or unrelieved stress can affect mood, sleep, concentration, physical health, and relationships.
You may consider this category if you:
- Feel emotionally or physically exhausted
- Feel detached or cynical about work or responsibilities
- Struggle with ongoing life stress
- Feel mentally drained by digital or online demands
- Want to assess overall well-being and life satisfaction
- Are tracking recovery from burnout
If your primary concern is anxiety or depression symptoms, you may also want to explore those specific categories. This section focuses on stress load, recovery, and positive functioning.
These tools do not diagnose disorders on their own but help clarify your current stress and well-being profile.
